Calling all fundraisers!
Want to work part time but with full time earning potential? We currently have opportunities in Kent working on behalf of the Kent Wildlife Trust.
Kent Wildlife Trust manages over 65 species-rich nature reserves around the county, as well as local wildlife sites and roadside nature reserves. They also work with communities and other organisations to assist in the management of other wild sites in Kent.
They bring people closer to nature, from all walks of life and of all ages. Through Their projects, events, education programmes and activities they teach people the value of wildlife to our world and to their wellbeing and show them how to care for it.
CF Fundraising Ltd recruits new members on behalf of Kent Wildlife Trust. We are looking to grow our team working on behalf of this inspirational charity. Working in pre-booked venues throughout the local area, this is a unique opportunity to make a valuable contribution to the work of the Wildlife Trust.
Key facts about the role
This is an employed & salaried role (not self-employed), starting salary GBP12,800 based on a 24-hour week, working Friday to Sunday. We also offer an uncapped performance related bonus scheme, 4 weeks holiday plus Bank Holidays and pension scheme. If you are achieving 12 donors per week your OTE will be around GBP40k (basic and commission), however the commission is uncapped.
This role really does make a difference. You will be the public face of the charity, seeking new members to support by way of regular monthly direct debit donations.
You will have excellent communication skills, be confident interacting with the public and able to work under your own initiative. Experience with direct sales will also be helpful.
You will have:
?? Fundraising or Direct Sales experience and be used working to targets.
?? Be an effective, persuasive, passionate and engaging communicator able to create a rapport in a face-to-face situation.
?? Have a positive attitude, high level of self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
?? Enjoy the variety of travelling and working in a different environment each day.
?? Have the flexibility to work weekends.
?? You must have a full driving licence and your own vehicle.
All uniform, equipment and point of sale materials are provided - including an electronic tablet. Accommodation will be provided if staying away plus a contribution towards travel expenses will be paid.
