- Handling inbound legal enquires
- Providing quotations
- Setting up new enquiries / files through the case management system
- Organising consultations and appointments for fee earners
- Sending communications to prospective clients
- Responding website, phone, email, social media and letter enquiries
- Day-to-day new business admin support
Required Attributes:
- Strong customer / client care skills
- Ability to use IT systems (Microsoft Office, CRM / Case Management)
- Good administrative skills
