Customer Service Advisor

We are recruiting a really exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join an already successful team working for leading industry suppliers to the print trade.

The main purpose of the role will be to deal with incoming calls from customers. You will be tasked with taking orders and managing delivery queries.

The ideal candidate will have customer service experience in a similar role, accurate keyboard skills and an excellent phone manner.

This position will be office based but with some flex for working from home for certain circumstances. There is flexibility on the hours as long as 40 per week are completed. As long as all completed for the day by 5.30pm, it can be discussed directly.
