Adecco are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy and fast-growing company within Cardiff.
The role is temporary but will look to be made permanent for the right candidate.
Within this role you will be responsible for:
- Dealing with incoming calls from customers
- Responding to customer queries via emails
- Obtaining quotes
- General administration tasks
The ideal candidate will have the following skill set:
- Great customer service skills
- Confident speaking on the phone
- Attention to detail
