Multi-Trader

Multi-Trader required in Ipswich town centre and local area. Completing maintenance within void properties. Must be skilled within various trades. Will also be expected to complete adaptations for tenants with disabilities, such as wet rooms, grab rails, wheelchair access. Working Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

Annual salary is reviewed yearly, with full permanent benefits such as annual leave, pension scheme and sick pay.

Requirements:

• Qualification in a trade
• Experience within maintenance of domestic properties (i.e. council or social housing)
• Experience of adaptions within bathrooms / domestic properties
• Excellent customer service skills
• Full Driving License
