Serviced Office Manager (9-12months FTC) - Doncaster - Circa GBP21,000 Plus Excellent Benefits
Chase and Holland are excited to be working with a prestigious and thriving Serviced Office Centre based in Doncaster to recruit a Centre Manager on 9-12 month FTC. They provide space for virtual offices and single desk co-workers through to large serviced & traditional offices. Your role will be to provide professional, efficient and profitable overall management of the Business Centre and to deliver first class customer care.
Serviced Office Manager Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all day to-day operations of assigned building
- Effectively manage all staff within building
- Respond to any maintenance issues and source new contractors where necessary
- Point of contact for all existing and new clients
- Ensure extremely high standards of customer service are met at all times
- Undertake regular building inspections
- Assisting with client move-ins
- Contract renewals
- Sales and new client viewings
- Manage projects relating to the business centre
Coaching and Development - Manage all aspects of the H&S of the centre from both a client and staff perspective,
- Maintain the profitability of the centre, control costs and increase occupancy. Propose centre budgets for Board approval. Implement financial controls and have full working knowledge of the finance system
Hours:
Full-time, Monday to Friday
