Job Title: Customer Service Assistant
Location: Blackbushe
Salary: GBP19,240 per annum
Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Core hours Monday-Friday, but need Flexibility for potential weekend work)

Purpose of the role:
To be an integral part of the branch Helpdesk Customer Service team by offering high levels of customer service to buyer, vendor, and third party queries.
Role Accountabilities:
- First point of contact for all incoming calls
- Direct all calls to relevant departments
- Providing end-to-end query resolution service where possible
- Assist with collections and deliveries bookings
- Help to locate vehicle packs
- Record queries accurately and efficiently
- Take on general customer service duties as required in order to meet the needs of the department and the site as a whole
- Escalate more complex issues to the Customer Service Team
Technical skills:
- Good administration skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good I.T. skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Team player, with the ability to work with colleagues at all levels
- Good communication, active listening and interpersonal skills
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Customer Service Manager - follow instructions provided by the Team Leader/Coordinator to deliver on operational KPI's
- All branch colleagues
Knowledge and Experience:
Essential:
- Previous customer service experience in fast paced environment
- Confident administration skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience in dealing with high call volumes
- Preferable:
- Competent Microsoft Office knowledge
