This manufacturing organisation is seeking a sale support administrator to join their busy and successful team.

Your new role
You will be responsible for processing orders end-to-end and providing quotes to customers whilst being the first point of contact for customers. You will also be responsible for tracking deliveries, updating customers and dealing with customer issues. You will also be responsible for reporting of data for quality purposes and ensure that high quality customer service standards are met.

What you'll need to succeed
Your experience within a sales support role will help you succeed. You will have experience processing orders. You are adaptable and able to hit the ground running to help out the team in this busy period. You have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills along with great customer service. You will be immediately available for work.
