This Customer Service role will involve taking inbound calls from existing customers on behalf of a leading TV and Broadband provider. We are looking for Customer Service Advisors who have some previous experience from similar roles, retail or hospitality experience. You need to have great communication skills, enjoy problem solving and enjoy giving the customers a great experience. Handling inbound calls from customers who have billing or technical support queries. You will handle a variety of calls and we are looking for candidates who will put the customers at the heart of everything they do.
