Page Personnel are supporting a nationwide organisation in Bradford who are seeking a HR Compliance Manager to join their HR function. This a highly varied role, in which the successful candidate will lead a team to ensure high qualities of work and longer-term help to implement new recruitment and HR systems. You will collaborate with senior management and wider stakeholders to ensure new employees are fully compliant and meet the safety requirements.

Description

As the HR Compliance Manager, you will work collaboratively with wider business stakeholders to ensure that new joiners successfully meet the organisation's safer recruitment requirements. Along with this, you will lead and manage the HR Administration team to ensure that service levels are kept to an exceptional standard, ensuring that our regulatory and legislative obligations are met.

Additional responsibilities will include;

  • Engaging with and influencing the culture of the organisation, supporting continuous development and achievement of safer recruitment principles and practice
  • Collaboration with senior stakeholders to create engaging adverts and job descriptions to attract suitable candidates
  • Further develop key performance indicators and measures to support proactive management and continually evaluate the success of the safer compliance process
  • Review and management of all HR related recruitment activity working in collaboration to build employer brand
  • Continually review existing recruitment and compliance practices and processes with a view to improvement and implementation of revised procedures
  • Develop and deliver process and skills training to further improve the quality across the organisation

Profile

We're looking for someone with;

  • Proven experience in a similar role and organisation
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and / or HR databases
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills and able to prioritise and multitask on order to deliver excellent customer service
  • Analytical skills to solve problems and identifying improvements to ways of working - and suggesting improvements to HR policy and process
  • A pragmatic approach, resilient and motivated to do the right thing at the right time and improve overall quality
