Job Description

A day in the life of your new role:

• You will be contacting customers by telephone on receipt of internet generated enquiries for Life Insurance or Funeral Plans (no cold calling)
• Overcoming customer concerns and selling the benefits of our products and services
• Performing fact finds, providing quotes and arranging Life Insurance or Funeral Plan policies for customers over the phone in line with our sales process
• Learning and retaining detailed product knowledge

Skills and Experience

• You will have a successful career in outbound sales and able to demonstrate that you have hit sales targets
• You will be a good communicator, passionate about sales and ensure that consistent sales results are achieved on a daily basis
• Experience of working to and achieving targets
• Self-motivated
• The ability to work in a team
• Prepared to go the extra mile to hit target
• Enjoys working in a fast pace environment
