I am working on behalf of a highly reputable, family run, domiciliary company, who are looking for a Registered Manager for their Abingdon office. They are Outstanding in all areas.

The Company:

Deliver bespoke homecare in the area

They are independent company providing both private and local council homecare

Offer personal care and assist with medication to mainly the elderly

Value their employees, offering ongoing training and opportunities for career progression

The role:

Managing the day to day running of the branch

They are currently providing around 600 hours of care per week

Grow hours of care using different techniques

Motivate and support staff to maintain, implement and achieve ongoing growth

Maintain their Outstanding rating

Required competencies:

Previous care experience is essential in any setting

A manager, deputy or strong coordinator

Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations

People management skills

Knowledge of Oxfordshire area - desirable

Excellent personal skills

You MUST have worked within a care setting.
