Brewster Partners Charity and Not for Profit are currently recruiting for an Accommodation Manager for a charity based in Bradford.
The Role
This role has the opportunity to be either full time or part time (30 hours per week) and is a permanent role.
The main purpose of this role is to manage accommodation leads, whilst ensuring activities across all accommodation and resettlement provisions are of high quality support.
Within this role you will lead and support the client's services including those presenting with complex needs in refuge/dispersed accommodation services. You will also ensure the effective and efficient day-to-day operations of the refuge/dispersed and resettlement services.
You will also Initiate, develop, maintain and monitor multi-agency links through procedures and protocols to keep safety central to all services for victims. As well as managing void management and allocations, and updating rent management rent systems and maximising collection of rental income.
The Candidate
The successful person will have substantial experience of leading and managing multi-site domestic abuse supported accommodation services, as well as having good housing management experience.
You will also have a proven track record of supporting people affected by domestic abuse, and will be confident in managing clients expectations also. You will have experience of managing rent and financial accounts.
