Customer Service Representative

Juice Recruitment are proud to be supporting a fantastic organization on their search for a Customer Service Representative on a temporary basis, with permanent opportunities available for the right candidate.

You will be supporting within the Customer Service department, duties will include:

• Updating clients/customers on their orders
• Account managing clients and offering a seamless customer experience
• Being the first point of call for customers, providing updates when needed throughout the sale.

Experience required:

• Experience working within a customer service role
• Passionate about offering excellent customer service
• Excellent communication, verbal and written skills.
• Proficient in using the Microsoft office suite

Hours are Monday - Friday with an early finish on a Friday! Onsite parking is also provided.
