Job Title: SAP Stock Control & Material Movement Coordinator
Location: Folkestone

Hours: 39 Hours Monday-Friday - On a rotational working pattern as follows:
Early shift: Monday - Thursday 8am - 4pm, Friday 8am-3pm
Middle shift: Monday - Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am-4pm

Key duties:
Manage the companies stock at the 3PL.
Ensure that stock systems are managed, updated and accurate.
Work with 3PL's to ensure the accuracy, integrity and any legal compliance of stock and levels is maintained at all times
Continually challenge the operation to drive continuous improvement, minimum stock levels and availability of all the companies products both in house, domestic and export markets.Responsibilities:
Stock Management
To ensure all stocks are recorded accurately on SAP, carrying out investigations of stock discrepancies and making corrections as required following through investigations with other departments.
Carry out Perpetual Inventory and Cyclical counts using results to challenge all departments and 3rd Party Warehouses and setting SLA's.
Manage the Plant to Plant stock transfer process to ensure that the process is followed and that stock is transferred in a timely fashion with the correct quantities and pallet configuration
Checking of non-physical storage areas in SAP to ensure that everything is accounted for at month/year end and if any stock is showing to resolve with relevant departments.
Warehouse pallet reports and KPI's
Communication
To liaise with all departments to ensure that the correct stock and quantities are in the right place at the right time, and with the planning and sales team to keep everybody aware of stock availability.
External 3rd Party Suppliers
To establish regular reviews and Bi Monthly visits to other 3rd party logistics provider to provide assurance that stock control is accurate and deliveries are being performed in an appropriate manner.
Carry out regular mock recalls.
Review any stock issues with comparison reports and investigate reasons, Inbound manifest speed and accuracy of turnaround.
Booking on all goods receipts onto SAP ensuring alignment with 3PL
GDP awarenessSkills and experience required:
Experience of working within a Stock control position
Experience working within a manufacturing/FMCG company
Knowledge of SAP is preferred but not essential.Next steps:
