About You

With a successful record of people management, you will be able to demonstrate openness, integrity and resilience. You will have excellent attention to detail with high levels of accuracy and sophisticated digital literacy. You will have a track record of managing, analysing and reporting complex data and be experienced in the coordination and management of administrative functions. The successful candidate will also have a knowledge of Finance and HR Systems.

It is important that you have outstanding organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meeting deadlines and working proactively, whilst demonstrating effective leadership and team working at all times. You will have an inclusive, empowering and engaging management style, with the ability to harness the creativity and talents of colleagues and a willingness to positively contribute to improvement and change.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-performing faculty, based on an attractive campus.

You will have a leading role in a successful team at a time of significant change, working closely with the Dean and with a wide range of colleagues across the University, managing and coordinating a stimulating variety of University business.

Your principal role is to plan and manage the administrative support for the Faculty and to put into practice policies supporting the academic vision. You will have a key role in providing advice to the Dean and Faculty committees on matters of strategy, policy, planning and implementation across all areas of work, including finance, research and resource management.
