We are now looking for an experienced Website Manager as a result of our growth. Reporting to the Digital Lead you will take ownership and accountability for improving the effectiveness of company websites in engaging users and driving leads, globally, while monitoring and analysing user engagement and conversion metrics, making improvements and reporting on results across all of the Groups websites.

You will be joining a talented and dynamic marketing team with a global reach supporting our 16 international subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities will include:

v Overall responsibility for current and future international websites

v Manage the publishing of new products and new content to all websites via the CMS

v Provide support and training for UK and International CMS users

v Checking website content uploaded by Digital Marketing Assistant/Executives and International Subsidiary's Marketing Colleagues

v Work closely with the Content Teams and Digital Marketing Manager to review and optimise existing content

v Create optimised landing pages for Paid Media and Email Marketing Activity

v Review and analyse user journeys to drive improvements in navigation, usability, and visual design

v Work closely with the website development agency on website improvements and the identification and correction of bugs to ensure efficient running and prompt issue resolutions.

v Manage the purchase and renewal of all company domain names

The Person:

v 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role (relevant degree an advantage)

v Strong understanding of UX and CRO

v Experience working with CMS driven websites

v Strong attention to detail

v Highly results driven and commercial

v Highly numerate and analytical

v Excellent Excel/reporting tools skills

v Proficient in GoogleAnalytics

v Strong project management skills

v A self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment
