Location: Isle of Wight
Hours: 40 hours per week plus call out on rota basis
Days: Monday - Friday, plus call out on a rota basis

Duties:
Inspection, testing, maintenance and repair of around 600 domestic gas appliances across the Island including:
Installation of new boilers and other gas appliances.
Planned servicing, testing and certification of boilers and other gas appliances.
Responsive fault finding, diagnostics and repair of boilers and other gas appliances.
Occasional associated plumbing works as required.
Produce estimates for time and materials.
Ensure good communication with the client and operations centre throughout required works.
Adhere to health and safety procedures and conduct risk assessments and method statements where necessary.
Experience:
Must have a good level of domestic gas experience, knowledge of gas safety regulations and the following qualifications:
NVQ Level 3 Domestic Plumbing and Heating ( or equivalent)
CCN1
CENTWAT1
MET1
CKR1
HTR1
Must also hold a full driver's licence.
Salary: GBP34-35,000 per annum plus Gas Safe registration costs, trade discount card, company van and fuel card and mobile phone, pension and life assurance.
