We have an excellent opportunity within our Customer Service Team at Norwich Station for an Automatic Ticket Gate (ATG) Operator.
The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed colleague to provide our customers with excellent service, whilst ensuring that ticketless travel and fraud is reduced through pro-active monitoring of the gateline facility (ATGs.) In addition, you will be responsible for the safe operation of the gateline (ATG's), fault reporting and keeping your work area clean and tidy.
The role involves early starts, late finishes, weekend, and bank holiday working. The role entails an average of 35 hours per week.
Full uniform will be provided, to ensure that you are able to embrace our values and brand as a business

Having the willingness to take responsibility associated with this role, as well as working effectively, will be important qualities to possess in order to undertake this position.

Please note for this position, you will be required to have your own transport to ensure that you can make your journey to and from work for the early start, and the late finish shifts, as there will be no trains available at this time.
