Our client based in Basildon are seeking an Account Handler on a temporary basis to start as soon as possible. There may be the possibility of a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Make daily calls to given target and record on Client Management System
• Hit weekly sales targets consistently
• If existing Clients fall below target, convert proposed clients to actual to make up any shortfall
• Prepare quotes and letters
• Process orders and any other site support from your Clients.
• Set up meetings for Client visits
• Keep data base records up to date.
• Maintain full up to date product knowledge
• Ensure that client provides the required documentation from purchase orders, special requirements,
delivery and site details and any other information regarding the sale
• Client Feedback - Receiving where applicable client complaints
• CAPS procedure
• Working to deadlines
• Any other sales and admin duties
The hours of work are 9am-5pm Monday - Thursday and 9am - 4.30pm on Friday's.
