I have an excellent opportunity with a fantastic organisation who are looking to appoint someone within their busy service team, on a full-time, permanent basis as soon as possible! The position that has come around due to the increased volume of business, so this is really a great time to join an organisation that is thriving! The Customer Account Manager will be someone who is experienced in ensuring efficient and effective administration building strong relations with new and existing customers.

Role - Internal Customer Account Manager

Hours - 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Thursday (8.30am -5pm) Early Friday Finish!

Location - Blackwood

Salary - GBP21-24k

This role will be reporting into the Trade Manager and is a pivotal role within the business. In the role the primary focus will be to help achieve customer satisfaction by following up customer enquiries and service requests. You will provide the highest levels of customer service.

To be successful, you will have experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of providing good customer service, processing quotations, taking orders, maintaining good customer relations and management of customer records via CRM. Additionally, you will be a strategic thinker with excellent working knowledge, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Will be highly motivated and driven to succeed, be commercially astute and possess outstanding customer service skills. Work on your own initiative, whilst ensuring attention to detail and accuracy.
