Webchat Sales Manager Vodafone
Next Level North are a North East based Vodafone franchise group operating retail stores within the telecommunications industry. In addition we are in the process of setting up a Vodafone Webchat operation based in Doxford Park, Sunderland. As such we are seeking a high-calibre individual, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding results who can create and lead a brand new team. You must have extensive Sales Management experience and be keen to develop both yourself and your team members within a fast moving environment.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Responsible for leading, managing, coaching, developing and motivating a team
- Setting clear and stretching performance goals
- Performance management in line with HR guidelines
- Demonstrating continuous improvement in team/individual performance.
- Create an environment where people are energised, engaged and enabled through high impact communication and coaching, resulting in on target team NPS and ENPS scores
- Motivate sales agents to deliver outstanding results including both commissionable and
- non-commissionable key performance indicators
- Deliver First Chat Resolution
- Escalation point for team
- Chat observing and seeking customer feedback in order to support sales, FCR and NPS.
- Ensuring the team act with good conduct and within the guidelines of the FCA
Hours are 40 per week working 5 days from 7
Shifts are flexible but will vary. The operating hours will be between 8am and 10pm so there will be the requirement to work some late shifts. Typical shifts 8am-5pm, 2pm-10pm
In return for your full commitment we offer a generous basic salary and an uncapped bonus scheme with an OTE of GBP37,000
