EUC Trainer - End User Support (manufacturing)

Our client, a leading global supplier for IT services, requires Trainers with experience in Manufacturing domain to be based in their client's office in Leamington Spa. You can work remotely until covid abates.

This is a 6-month temporary contract, to start on 1st July 21.

Job Purpose

  • We are looking for a Trainer with a passion for technology and who demonstrates a strong communication skills .
  • You should be able to explain concepts and subject in simple and business centric language for 3DX, ALM toolsets
  • We would like a candidate who exemplifies multiple years of experience in holding large scale training programs in face to face and virtual models
  • Overall, you will be responsible in providing application guidance on end user issues in response to problems raised

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and business user groups to gather and understand requirements for end user training.
  • Should be able to map the requirements and get it articulated from content development team in order to create training content in the form of Webinar,Q and A sessions
  • End User Support Following Training Content Deployment - Delivery of Virtual and On-Site Floor Walking Support
  • End User Support Following Training Content Deployment - Additional Training for Super User Community
  • Submit Periodic Status Report of Performed Activities By Client's Specialist Resource Team
  • Training Administration Activities,Recording and reporting of delegate attendance, Booking in training sessions both on-site and externally liaising with the employees due on the training courses Booking meeting rooms, etc.
  • Training Administration Activities content development and event delivery

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to explain concepts and subject in simple and business centric language
  • Years of experience in holding large scale training programs in face to face and virtual models
  • Experience in large scale transformation programs involving delivery of Webinars, Q&A sessions, virtual meeting etc.
  • Ability to plan training in line with OCM strategy
  • Experience in Floor Walking sessions (In Person - Virtual)
  • Experience in providing application guidance on end user issues in response to problems raised
  • Expertise in training evaluation
  • Experience in detailed planning of training including event delivery, tracking, tracking footprint, booking training sessions
  • Adopting continuous training improvement approach based on training feedback and evaluation
  • Experience in holding onsite training sessions in UK.
  • Client facing role with good communication.
