As Britain starts to get back moving we are looking for customer focused colleagues to help our members ensure they have the right breakdown cover when they renew their policy. Whether they have been with us one year or fifty years, our customers want the peace of mind that when they drive this summer we are right by their side if they breakdown.

You will be working in a busy Contact Centre handling inbound calls. You need to have the ability to work at pace and the flexibility to work shifts over 6 days.

We are the UK's biggest breakdown provider and we are proud of our brand and the services we offer; we need people like you to promote that brand and put our customers first!

The AA are on the lookout for customer focused colleagues with a flair for providing a great service. Ideally you will be motivated by building excellent rapport and ensuring our customers have a great experience. Our colleagues take inbound calls and be an expert in our products and services by helping our customers choose the right cover for them by explaining our products and services., You just make sure that our customers have a positive experience and get everything they need from us when they call.

Working in our Cheadle office, you will be receiving inbound calls from our existing customers looking to discuss their renewal options. We have to make sure we are available for our customers (our opening times at 8am - 8pm and Saturday 9am - 5pm) so we operate a shift pattern here which includes working every other Saturday but don't worry, you get a day off in the week so it's still only 5 days a week.

Ideally you will have worked in a sales role before, but if this is your first role or a career change don't worry as we provide all the training and support you will need. What you will need is a passion for providing great customer service and resilience to succeed in a bustling environment.
