Our Contracts Team in Hitchin is looking for a strong customer-focused administrator to join the team!
As part of the Contact Centre, our Contracts team is responsible for ensuring all Service Contracts are qualified correctly for the relevant branch so we can understand and service our customers within their agreed contract requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Setting on customer accounts on ServiceMax; detailing asset on the applicable sites and providing as much information to ensure the contract can run smoothly
- Liaising with internal and external customers to obtain the correct information to meet our customer expectations
- Completing contract renewals, contract invoicing and the activation of new contracts
- Management of daily customer portals
- Provide product information to help support engineers
Previous experience in customer service is required, dealing with customers both on the phone and via email.
Strong IT skills (Outlook, CRM's etc.) and good attention to detail.
Organisation is key, along with the ability to be proactive and communication effectively.
