We’re now looking to enhance our development and software engineering function with a DevOps Engineer to bring together all the elements of software production. This role is key to our growth as we look to expand our team and solidify our position in the market.

 
What will you be doing?

As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll be focusing on designing, implementing and maintaining our software delivery system.

Taking responsibility for monitoring the performance of our systems, you will identify and deliver solutions that resolve performance issues and bottlenecks.

We’ve got a full complement of development personnel, so you’ll be working with the QA and Product Support Teams, investigating production issues and assisting in building automated testing systems.


Your main activities will involve:

- Managing deployments of applications
- Developing CI/CD systems
- Reviewing and investigating production issues
- Maintaining and developing application and server infrastructure

Your day-to-day role will be varied, you will not stagnate and our large client base ensures that there will be new projects, tasks and milestones to achieve every month.


What will you need?


We’re looking for DevOps Engineers with the following skills and experience:

- Strong C# - ASP.NET and/or MVC experience
- IIS administration
- Database and SQL skills
- CI/CD experience
- DevOps experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 
It would also be great if you had experience of the following (but we’ll forgive you if you haven’t):

- Azure pipelines
- Testing tools
- Windows Server and/or Linux administration
- Container-based deployments
