Page Personnel are appointing a Benefits Specialist who will focus to ensure data accuracy and compliance, timely provision of benefits and the management of queries.

Description
Your key responsibilities:
- Day to day benefits administration
- Management of team queries through the ticketing system snow
- Undertaking drivers licence checking and grey fleet checks
- Project manages the annual benefit selection window
- Ensuring new benefit selections are processed in payroll and with benefit providers
- Keeps abreast of market changes in the employee benefits space, making recommendations for change where appropriate
- Delivery of effective benefits communication programs. Working with stakeholders across the sites to ensure benefits are understood and colleagues engage with benefits portal
- Supporting the Compensation and Benefits Manager in annual processes - e.g. annual benefits window, renewal of risk benefits, etc.

Profile
Ideal candidates will have excellent data management, and excel skills. A problem solver and can deal with ambiguity. You will have a background in Benefits and Rewards.
This role would be suited to a benefits administrator wanting to further their career, or someone who is in a stand alone HR administrator/analysis role that is currently a generalist and wants to specialise in benefits.
