Customer Care Administrator - Immediate need

My Cheltenham based client are looking for immediate customer service agents to work Monday-Friday on a rotating shift pattern, the shifts are 8-4 and 12-8.

I am looking for customer focused people who are comfortable answering the phone and talking to customers.

You must be self-motivated and be able to take down information accurately and efficiently.

This role can possibly offer remote working and will include a days training at the clients office.
