All about the role:

We are looking for an HR Intern to give support on our HR Operations related activities, enabling automations through e.g. macros and advanced excel sheets to track missing information and displaying in a visual way the analysis of the data found. There is also an opportunity to embark on a journey of understanding the changing world of HR/payroll digitalisation through RPA and AI and helping the business obtain the right solution for process optimisation.

What could a day look like?

The payroll team is a great place to start. It is undergoing great transformations that you will be part of, understanding the difference between local requirements and company practices you will need to give support to the Payroll team in organizing the monthly activities and ensure they are tracked appropriately through reports and visuals.

What will you learn?

A summary of the things you will be learning:

• Basic of HR Processes

• Understand the general processes that are required to ensure proper payroll activities between different countries in the world

• Work in a dynamic and very fast paced schedule of activities throughout the month

• You get a good understanding on what it means (and what it takes) to be part of a rapidly expanding international company in a phase of hypergrowth;

• Answer to the question if you have the scale up mentality of rolling up your sleeves, be extremely output driven and getting things done in a highly changing environment;

• Get insights on how a forward thinking and modern global HR department, with a brand new developed operating model, operates in practise;

• Your communication skills will be tested and developed while working with different employees, internal stakeholders and the team.

Required skills and experience

Can you deliver...

• Strong analytical skills , combined with a passion for systems / technology solutions.

• Currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master Degree or higher in Human Resources or a Tech with interest in HR

• Organized, great attention to detail, and highly motivated

• Working with the team to ensure all activities are managed efficiently and accurately

• Fun, smart and open-minded person who enjoys working in an international multi-cultural environment

• Since we are working from home during Covid-19, you are a self-starter, actively looking for feedback and development opportunities, and flexible

• Fluent, or nearly fluent in English (our company language)
