Quality Controller

A fresh produce company based in Evesham are looking for an experienced Quality Controller to join their team on a temporary - permanent basis working Thursday - Monday.
This role will include working weekends with two days off on Tuesday and Wednesdays.
The role:

• To work alongside the Quality Control team on all functions
• There will be a physical aspect to this role lifting produce of up to 20kg
• Responsible for maintaining accuracy of all QC related information within warehouse systems
• Liaise with the trading teams, Warehouse Manager and QC Manager regarding any issues identified
• Have an understanding and adhere to BRC standard
• Comply with and follow health and safety procedures at all times
• Ensure all site QC hygiene processes are adhered to
• Responsible for highlighting any issues and corrective actions to QC & Warehouse Manager
• Help support with all audit and quality issues

Shifts:
Thursday, Friday, Monday:
09:00-18:00
Saturday and Sunday:
07:00-15:00

The pay rate for this role is GBP9.00 per hour on a temporary - permanent basis with the potential for a permanent contract being offered to outstanding candidates after the completion of a 12 week period.
