Our client spent lockdown telling the world about what they do and how well they do it. As a result, they are overwhelmed with new work and there are more opportunities in the pipeline. The only thing slowing them down is that they don't have enough hands, so let's tell you a bit about the company.
As an agency they are developing fast. With their roots in media relations, their reputation is based on being the best content-writers in their field. Over the last two years they have expanded rapidly from media relations and now they focus much more on digital techniques to get their content into the hands of the right people. SEO-rich content for websites; social media promotion; influencer marketing; PPC; video and graphics; webinars and virtual presentations - these are their growth areas.
None of this happens without great teamwork and inspired individual contribution. they are close-knit team and always work to encourage career development, providing training, support and opportunity to make sure people are in the right role to suit their talents. If that means creating a role for the right person: they will do it.
The pace of their development means that they are looking for people who are not afraid to take decisions; ambitious people who want to be part of their journey. They see digital communications as the future and they are looking for the right people to help shape that future for their company.
The Digital Team is currently comprised of a Head of Digital and a Digital Account Manager who work on all clients across the business. After a continued period of growth, they are now looking for someone to take ownership of half of the client portfolio with oversight from the Head of Digital.
