Multi Trader

Care first Recruitment Ltd are currently recruiting Multi Trades Labourers for a housing association in Croydon.

You must be availability for an immediate start and be able to evidence your work. You will be working within repairs teams and doing voids carrying out day to day maintenance and repairs. You will be required to enter domestic properties and respond to any issues presented to you by your line manager.

We are specifically looking for the following:

Multi Trade operatives with skills specifically in Carpentry / Electrical / Tiling and Plumbing

Plasterers who can also decorate to a high standard

Labourers who will require a full clean UK driving licence

Duties

* All aspects of maintenance works

* Joinery, Tiling, Plumbing, Plastering, Painting and decorating

* Repair work

* Carpentry

Tickets / Qualifications & Experience Required

* Current valid CSCS Card is desired but not essential for painting and decorating

* Proven Previous experience of working in a similar role

* You must be able to complete and demonstrate a range of tasks such as joinery, plumbing, plastering, painting

* Asbestos Awareness Certificate (although this can be arranged for you)

This is a full time position Mon - Fri with the possibility of doing over time if required on a Saturday.
