ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
Louth
Weekend Days & Nights Rotation - 6am until 6pm
GBP33,600
We are looking for a motivated Multi-Skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a market leading plastic company. Reporting directly to the engineering manager you will be a key member in ensuring the production facility is kept running. You will be involved in all aspects of planned and reactive maintenance within their operation. With progressive training and development this company is always looking to enhance its employees and their skill sets, whilst additionally being supported by a welcoming team of engineers. The position will appeal to an engineer looking for their next challenging role within in a secure and stable company.
Role Description
Carrying out planned maintenance activities
Inspections, repairs and routine maintenance
Troubleshooting and fault finding
Installation of equipment and machinery across various departments
Working closely with the Manufacturing teams to ensure all machines are running to their full potential
Ensure housekeeping is carried out to standards set by 5S
Carry out effective shift changeover communication routines
Timely and effective reporting of required information
Skills and Qualifications
Electrical Qualification - Ideally Apprenticeship
Fault Finding within a manufacturing environment
Good understanding of PLC systems
