A main construction contractor with an impressive track record of delivering multi-sector construction projects across the West Midlands.
You will have previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor on multi-sector projects - with a bias towards the Commercial & Housing sectors.
Managing the day-to-day work on site, you will have the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
A strong work ethic allowing you to deliver on your deadlines, an industry applicable degree qualification.
A proven track record within a similar sector, RICS is necessarily essential and it is your experience and potential that is important.
Experience working on multi-sector projects up to the value of GBP5m, an ability to manage an onsite commercial team.
Have a strong commercial awareness.
Other QS positions - In addition, the Contractor is also prepared to consider those individuals looking to enter the industry or with less than three years experience, to include a Graduate QS job role or to start as an Assistant QS.
