Inside Sales Representative
I am working with one of the worlds leading suppliers of medical and dental equipment who are looking a an Inside Sales Representative to join their Oral Care Solutions division.
This is an excellent opportunity join a company who have a long-standing reputation for innovation.
The ideal candidate will be a tenacious, driven self-starter with excellent social and communication skills as well as a passion for and experience in driving new business and forging long standing relationships with their clients. A background in sales and ideally, selling dental products directly into end customers (dental surgeries for example)
Driving sales through building customer relationships and penetration of products through channel partners
Delivery/ownership of a defined sales quota
Performance against defined Key Performance Indicators
Regular engagement with key divisional functions, including sales management, field sales, marketing and technical support
Coordination of customer contact strategy with field sales team to ensure customer experience & selling time are optimised
Knowledge & Skills
Full sales cycle experience - from generating lead to close
Experience in inside sales or field sales with a proven track record for success
Excels at selling on the phone and via Teams/Zoom
Customer oriented and professional communication
Analytical and data driven
