A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a PPC Manager/Pay Per Click Manager to join our London based client on a permanent basis.

Job Summary:

This role will manage and be accountable for the overall performance of the EMEA Paid Search and Shopping strategy and will lead a multi-lingual team of Paid Search specialists (3 direct reports). You will also be responsible for the scheduling and deployment of the Germany & Austria Paid Search and Shopping campaigns therefore local language is a must.

Responsibilities and Duties:

* Lead and support the Search & Shopping Team in the creation, production, deployment and reporting of all campaigns in-line with trading and performance metrics
* Set clearly defined targets, expectations and brand values to ensure consistency of method across the team
* Work closely with the Local Markets and Commercial Managers and wider Digital Media channel managers to develop new approaches, measurement techniques and tactics to continually improve campaign performance
* Ensure the team take ownership of the reporting on search and shopping activity on a daily, weekly and monthly basis with supporting commentary and actionable insights

Knowledge, Sills and Experience:

* Fluent in German and other languages desirable
* Proven ability of leading global multi-lingual PPC teams
* Solid experience working in Retail a must
* Hands on experience of using bid management tools and web analytics platforms
* Experience managing a Paid Search and Shopping team on a global level
* Proven success in working to revenue growth and ROAS targets
