Service Desk Analyst/ Chippenham/ GBP19,000-GBP22,000
Company profile:
You will be working as a Service Desk Analyst for an excellent logistics company based in Chippenham.
They're a household name when it comes to B2B logistics, and have a very impressive client book, some of the biggest brands in the UK and abroad trust them to deliver- Including Sainsburys, Asda, Wickes, and the Co-Operative Group.
They're also going through a really exciting period of transformation on the tech side of things, moving away from a "keep the lights on" model towards a tech driven transformation.
Responsibilities:
Provide first line tech support
Ensure any problems that can't be solved by the service desk are appropriately escalated
Maintenance of user security and completion of service requests
Monitor and maintain ticket queues, ensuring incidents are responded to in line with SLAs
Provide best in class customer service What skills do you need?
Knowledge of IT Infrastructure, desktop and business applications
Good technical knowledge Windows, Networks, O365
Experience working within a Service Desk role
Good phone manner and strong customer service skillsIn return this role is offering a salary between GBP19,000-GBP21,000 depending on experience. They also offer 25 days holiday and an excellent career progression structure.
This role is based in Chippenham on a 1 week office and 1 week WFH basis.
