My client is a leading multi-disciplinary building services consultancy, they are looking for multiple Electrical Building Services Engineers to join their team. They are looking for Electrical Building Services Engineers who must have a minimum of 5 year's experience. The Electrical Building Service Engineers must have experience using Hevacomp, Dialux, Amtech Power, AutoCAD and IES.
Responsibilities of the Electrical Building Services Engineer
Working as part of an established team of engineers, and closely with colleagues of other disciplines, you will prepare detailed engineering designs across a variety of sectors.
Contributing to developing the design of engineering solutions and systems within the built environment, preparing plans, specifications, and schedules.
Create reports to support design concepts that show compliance with standards and best practice.
Inspect installations reviewing progress, quality, and performance.
Requirements of the Electrical Building Services Engineer
Relevant Electrical Engineer Building Services degree
At least 3 years industry experience
Experience using Hevacomp, Dialux, Amtech Power, AutoCAD and IES
Project Management experience
Up to date knowledge of current building regulations and health & safety regulations
Revit knowledge and experience will be beneficial.
