Mobile PSV Mechanic
Location: London / Essex or Kent + VAN + FUEL CARD + EXTRAS
Salary: GBP38,500 - GBP50K + Overtime + VAN + FUEL CARD + EXTRAS
THIS IS A DAY SHIFT MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8 am - 4.30 pm
My client, a prestigious commercial vehicle manufacturer is actively seeking to employ a Mobile PSV Mechanic / Bus Engineer / HGV Technician in the Essex, London or Kent area covering the Bus & Coach side of their business.
Working on vehicles no older than five years old, the successful Mobile PSV Mechanic / Bus Engineer / HGV Technician will be required to undertake general servicing and maintenance but the vast majority of the work will be warranty based.
This Mobile PSV Mechanic / Bus Engineer / HGV Technician role is worked on a Monday - Friday basis, 40 hours a week.
THIS ROLE IS NOT A ROAD SIDE BREAKDOWN POSITION, YOU WILL WORK AT MY CLIENTS CUSTOMERS DEPOTS IN SPECIALIST VEHICLE WORKSHOPS as a Mobile PSV Mechanic / Bus Engineer / HGV Technician
Essential attributes:
NVQ / City & Guilds Level Three Qualifications in Heavy Vehicle Engineering or equivalent
You MUST have extensive experience in a heavy vehicle engineering environment, either PSV, Dealership or Fleet
You MUST have a strong technical background with the ability to diagnose and repair faults effectively in an efficient manner
You MUST be IT literate
