Teaching Assistant - 1:1 Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Burnley
Full time Monday - Friday
HOURS: 8:45am - 3:15pm
Are you a reliable, hardworking and fully committed qualified Teaching Assistant or Graduate searching for an opportunity to work within Special Educational Needs? If so, this SEN Teaching Assistant opportunity could well be the one for you! A mainstream school based in Burnley are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a child who has Autism.
The role will see the successful applicant working on a one to one basis with a pupil in year 2. The school's aim is to provide the very best standards of education and development possible to each and every student.
Further details of the role are -
* Full-time with a view to a permanent role for the right candidate
* SEN Teaching Assistant - Autism (ASC), ADHD and SEMH
* Working 1:1 with pupils in small classes alongside class teachers and professionals
* MUST be highly reliable, eager to learn and to develop, empathetic, and professional
