We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join our client as a Network Delivery Manager, being instrumental in building a full-fibre network.

This role will be to lead a team of supervisors and field staff, delivering several fibre-to-the-home builds across the Essex region.

The ideal candidate will take on both operational and administrative responsibilities to ensure that site regulations a high quality of work is achieved.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

Overseeing all activities staff/subcontractors to ensure on site activities are managed to the highest standards in all areas of delivery.
Conduct regular reviews with client to ensure that the programme is delivered in accordance with the Engineering parameters.
Update daily/weekly reports and review against the project delivery milestones.
Highlighting any risks that may have arisen to the client and senior management.
Ensure all post installation/as-built documents are completed and checked in accordance with the conditions of the project.
Liaise with client with a view to developing long term relationships.
Report to Senior Network Delivery Manager on a daily/weekly basis.
Connect with key client personnel with a view to developing further new business.
Liaise with cross-functional internal client teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of services according to customer needs.
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly actions to client stakeholders.
Forecast and track all delivery for client and report back to the commercial/operations management daily/weekly.
Ensure key internal KPIs are met - (H&S / Cost / Quality / Delivery).
Maintain the highest standards of health, safety & quality.
Detail profit & loss reports and management.
The ideal candidate must possess the following skills and experience:

3 years + in a similar challenging Telecoms work environment
Proven track record in delivering in a demanding multi-project environment in Telecoms
Underground and Overhead experience (Openreach).
Strong project/programme management skills
Excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills
A leader with the drive to create a high performing competency-based culture
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages
Commercial and contractual awareness
Excellent organisational, planning and resource optimisation abilities
