However, if you are a competent technician who can work safely on electrical, PLC controlled manufacturing plant and machinery and is looking for a long term opportunity in a friendly and close-knit team with excellent working conditions, this one's for you.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:-
The successful candidate will have:
- A reasonable qualification in electrical engineering e.g. 17th edition.
- Experience working on electrical and mechanical manufacturing machinery, ideally PLC controlled, equipment and services.
- Strong fault diagnosis and rectification skills.
- Ability to fault find and repair electrical systems and components.
- Experience working with mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ideally with some practical experience of PLC's and keen to develop your fault-finding and trouble-shooting skills.
- Good knowledge of maintenance and continuous improvement systems.
- Flexibility and a hands-on approach.
- A sense of urgency and able to communicate and work with shift and other colleagues.
You will enjoy the opportunity to apply your existing knowledge and learn about new equipment and systems
