Our client is a highly reputable large residential developer with an expanding workload. They are looking for an ambitious Civil Engineer/Technical Engineer to join their busy team in Leicester.
You will work with the Technical Manager, you will manage the external design team in the technical co-ordination and design information functions on a number of individual projects, land purchase, customer occupation and beyond.
Required Education, Skills and Experience:
* Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
* Experience with a residential developer environment.
* Good knowledge of design standards and good project skills
* Experience with AutoCAD and Micro Drainage software packages.
* Experience with BIM environments and AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred but not essential.
