Due to further expansion plans we are now recruiting an Internal Account Manager who can be either office based or remote to help grow the business further building on our strong heritage.
Role responsibilities but not limited to:-
* Responsible for the delivery of new customers and revenue aligned to targets set by the Sales Director
* Build a target customer list based on a particular location/sector and obtain the correct person to contact
* Research target companies and use or enhance a company overview script to understand potential requirements
* Prepare a proposal with the provided information or arrange a follow up meeting with the Sales Director
* Close deals based on provided criteria and ensure the smooth transition to the Operations team for delivery
* Maintain the CRM system and ensure all information is up to date and proactively being used to manage prospects
Skills & Experience
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in an outbound telecoms telesales role covering mobile, fixed line, unified communications and cloud services
* Sell products, services and solutions across all segments of the UK SME customer base
* Identify, develop and close sales through sustained prospecting and activity
* Strong communication skills and have the ability to adapt style to the customer contact
* Defined sales approach and proven methodology and also contribute towards the creation of credible sales plans
* Identification of market trends to help develop new propositions as the market matures
* Ability to translate technical propositions to how they solve business problems
Essential Criteria
* Target driven and demonstration of achievement in previous roles
* Excellent communication skills and a professional, consultative approach
* Highly organised and self-motivated and target driven
* Confident and excellent at objection handling
* Must be able to work under pressure

* Demonstrable track record of success in an outbound telesales environment
* Experienced in calling at director level within SME and having a boardroom level conversation
