We are currently recruiting on behalf of a high-end brand in the hospitality sector, who are looking to recruit a confident, motivated Customer Service Advisor to join their existing team in Morley, Leeds.

Role Specifics

Employment Type: Full-time - 6-month Fixed Term

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, working five days per week. Must be flexible to work shifts between the hours of 8am-8pm Mon-Fri, 10am-4pm Sat & Sun.

GBP8.91 per hour

Role Overview

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for the company, responsible for engaging with customers, dealing with various queries & orders, ensuring that the customer is dealt with in a professional manner whilst promoting a positive experience.

Our client is looking for a confident communicator who is able to work to quality-based targets within a fast-paced call-centre environment.

There is an element of warm sales within the role, so the ability to spot opportunities to discuss other products is key.

Responsibilities

Build rapport with customers in a consultative manner

Listen to the customers' needs to ensure a positive and unique solution to their queries

Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the services & products the company provides

Professional and positive approach to any client queries or requests

Ensure all administration is completed accurately
