You will be comfortable driving user interviews and product planning sessions, as well as getting into the detail with the engineering team. Role responsibilities:

* Define the goals, strategy and roadmap for your designated products

* Understand user needs through interviews, user testing, and data analysis

* Collaborate with the development team to create user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring all involved have a shared understanding of the problem space and the customer requirements

* Own & prioritise the product backlog

* Define and track metrics to make sure your product is on the right track, delivering real value to the customers

* Work with data including analytics, ERP data, and other usage information to drive product decisions

* Act as subject matter expert, providing support to areas of the organization including Sales, Marketing, QA, and R&D

Apply if you have:

* At least 2 years' experience working as a product manager in software development

* Owned and developed successful digital products or product features

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain business concepts to technical people and vice versa

* A track record of working closely with agile development teams, even if not co-located

* Used data to drive decision-making

* Enjoyment from how technology, design, and processes interact to create products, tools, and approaches to accomplishing outcomes

Some nice-to-haves

* Demonstrated success in taking a greenfield product to market

* An interest or background in agriculture or adjacent industries

* A scrum or other agile qualification

* Understanding of business analysis processes and UX design patterns

* Proficiency in user story mapping, customer journey mapping, or other product management processes

What comes with the role:

* A super cool team of like-minded people who support each other to be our best.

* 25 leave days per year + your birthday as a free holiday
