As a member of our front line support team, your primary responsibility will be to directly assist customers with questions regarding their system an. This will include answering phones, emails, and LiveChats.
You will be expected to be able to assist people with basic and complex support questions and problems. It is vital that you are able to stay calm and professional under pressure.
Our client are proud to maintain a high level of customer service and we expect that you will be able to carry out these duties in a professional and friendly manager. You will be required to make detailed notes of all your interactions with customers.
