Recruitment Assistant Position
-In this role you will be a pivotal point of contact for hiring managers, guiding and planning recruitment activities.
-Create adverts and actively source for the best and most relevant talent, utilising internal applicant systems and social media.
-You will be the point of contact for candidates from initial application, screening successful applicants, be involved in interviews, communicating and updating candidates on their applications and their interview outcomes.
-Negotiate offers of employment and ensuring all the relevant required documents have been taken and assisting any recruitment projects and events.
To be considered for the role you will need to demonstrate prior working experience of recruitment, following the full candidate journey. Inhouse and agency experience will be considered.
You will be required to be in the office for initial training, but you will then have the option to complete the contract working from home.
This role is full time on an initial 3 Temporary Contract with a salary of GBP23,500.
