Farmer Administrator
We are currently looking to recruit a Farmer Administrator on a 12 month fixed term contract to join our UK Members & Agri Commercial team. As Farmer Administrator you will provide support to Arla's farmer owners and colleagues. The role will report to the Senior Member Relations Manager and will be based from our head office in Leeds.
Responsibilities
* Some of your key responsibilities in this role will include:
* Being a key figure in the Member Support team receiving phone calls and answering queries from our farmer owners in a timely manner
* Day-to-day administration processes including liaising with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
* Managing member master data and ensuring all databases and systems are up to date and accurate
* Administering member communications (e.g. text messages, emails, letters)
Skills
To be successful in this role you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a polite and confident telephone manner. With an ability to prioritise your workload, you will be able to manage working with multiple stakeholders in a fast paced working environment. You will have an eye for detail and will be comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications. Broad knowledge of the dairy/agriculture industry is also desirable
