Questech Automotive Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an Industry leading client for an experienced HGV Technician. This is an excellent chance for a Technician to join a company that offers solid opportunities for personal development and internal progression.
THE ROLE:
You will be an apprentice trained, fully qualified HGV Technician that preferably holds a class 1 or 2 HGV license and has experience working with a variety of LGV and HGV vehicles.
THE DUTIES:
* Carrying out Service, Maintenance and Repair of a mixed fleet of vehicles.
* Attending breakdowns
* Diagnosing faults
* Carrying out 6 weekly inspections at customer sites
* Pre M.O.T Inspections
THE HOURS:
You will work a rotating Monday to Friday shift pattern
Monday to Friday 06:00-14:00
Monday to Thursday 14:00-22:30
Friday 12:00-20:00
THE RATE OF PAY:
You will earn an hourly rate of between - GBP13.00 and GBP13.83 per hour
On top of this you will get an overtime rate of GBP20.74 along with 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
